Hand-bound books

I make books using beautiful patterned paper and bookcloth.

Types of books

Lined notebook

Lovely smooth ivory recycled paper with lined pages. Perfect for lists, notes and ideas.

Unlined notebook

Picture of four notebooks: bottom left: chioyogami paper; bottom right woodland wildflowers, top left: blue sprig; top right: insects

Smooth ivory recycled paper, ready for your ideas, sketches and doodles.

Dotted notebook

Left to right: owl against a red background, with purple bookcloth; insects against a green background with purple bookcloth; hare and wren against a magenta background, purple bookcloth.

A grid pattern of dots to help you layout your notes and drawings. 112 pages approximately 14.5 by 21cm

Landscape lined notebook

Landscape notebooks: hare and wren against magenta background with purple bookcloth; rabbit/duck pattern with blue bookcloth

64 white lined pages in landscape orientation. Pages are 20cm by 15 cm.

Perpetual Diary

Time to start journaling? Want to capture a significant year? This day-to-a-page diary will make you want to write. Works for any year (dates don’t show days of the week, so it doesn’t become useless at the end of the year). 210mm x 145mm cream paper.

Photo album

Three photo albums: front right: green chiyogami with purple bookcloth; front right: woodland wild flowers with green bookcloth (padded); back: chiyogami cranes (gold highlights) with blue bookcloth

Digital photos are great, but it’s hard to beat leafing through a physical album with printed photos and handwritten notes. These classic ivory photo albums have 50 pages, with glassine interleaved between pages, offering added protection to your treasured memories. Pages are 20.5cm by 24.5 cm.

Designs

Animal Antics collection

Beautiful and fun prints featuring our animal friends, including cats, hares, wrens, owls and insects.

Flora collection

Colour combinations, flora and patterns inspired by the plants of the Atlantic coast and temperate rainforest of where I live.

Chiyogami collection

Exquisite silkscreen printed Japanese designs. My personal favourite features cranes (a symbol of long life) with delicate gold highlights. My other choice is a delicate blossom pattern on a vibrant green background.
